FAQ
Questions, answered plainly
Straight answers about how ParentMind works, your privacy, safety and pricing.
Getting started
What is ParentMind?
A private place to say, in about a minute, how your child's day went — by voice or in writing, in English, Bangla or both. Over a few weeks it shows how things are going in your child's own numbers, and one thing worth trying next.
How it worksWho is ParentMind for?
Parents, and the people who help raise a child. It is built first for families with a child aged 10–15 who are working on sleep and phone use, and it supports children from 3 to 18.
How do I get started?
Enter your email and we send you a one-time code — there is no password to remember. Then tell us a little about your child and pick the one thing that is hardest at home right now.
Can I use it in Bangla?
Yes. You can talk or write in English, Bangla or the mix most families actually speak, and the whole app is available in both languages.
Using ParentMind
How long does a check-in take?
About a minute, most evenings. Say how the day went, or tap a few quick answers — you confirm what we picked out before anything is counted.
When will I see anything useful?
Every Friday you get the week beside the week before, and a 14-day try shows the nights before a change beside the nights during it. Numbers need enough notes behind them — at least 3 nights for one measure, and 4 on each side to compare two weeks — and when there are too few, we say so plainly.
See a sample reportWhere do the numbers come from?
They are counted by code, only from what you confirmed, and each says how many nights it rests on. The AI never makes a number up.
Our methodCan the other parent or a grandparent join?
Yes. Invite the people who help raise your child and they can add to the same picture. Every note shows who can see it, and anything you mark private stays with you. The weekly report also comes with a short card you can forward.
Is there a mobile app?
The app is coming to the App Store and Google Play. Until then, ParentMind works in your phone's browser.
Privacy & safety
Who can see what I record?
Only the people you invite into your family. Every note carries a simple label so you always know who can see it, and things you mark private, or record about yourself, stay visible only to you.
Privacy & TrustDo you show ads or sell my data?
No. There are no ads, ever, and we never sell your family's data or share it with advertisers.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes, anytime. You can export everything, and delete your account and everything in it whenever you choose.
Is ParentMind medical advice?
No. ParentMind doesn't diagnose or treat anything. For health worries, talk to a doctor; if someone is in danger, contact your local emergency number.
Is the guidance reviewed by experts?
Our guidance is written in our own words from leading books, programs and published research, and each piece says how strong the evidence behind it is. We're in beta, and it is not yet reviewed by a clinician — we'll say so plainly until it is.
Our methodWhat if I'm worried about my child's safety?
Safety help is always free: crisis resources, country helplines and clear next steps are never held back for payment. ParentMind is not an emergency service — if someone is in danger, contact your local emergency number now.
