What 14 days look like

Pick the one thing that’s hardest at home and keep one small change. Each evening, tell us about the day in a minute. Every Friday you see the week against the week before, in numbers, and on day 14, whether the change helped.

  1. A minute each eveningSay how the day went, in Bangla, English or both. Or tap once.
  2. Only what you confirm countsBedtime, wake-up, the phone: school nights kept apart from weekends.
  3. One change, 14 daysOne target, like asleep by 9:30 pm, and words for tonight from our guides.
  4. See whether it helpedEvery Friday, the week against the week before. On day 14, before and during.

Every number is counted from your own notes, and says how many nights it rests on.

School nights and weekends are kept apart. A night you didn’t note is never counted as a zero, and when there are too few nights to tell, we say so plainly.

  1. Day 1

    One problem, one target

Pick what’s hardest right now. From your child’s age and school wake-up time we set one target, and give you words for tonight, word for word from our guides.

  2. Every Friday

The week against the week before

In numbers, each with the nights it rests on. Plus a short card you can forward to the other parent: no quotes, nothing private.

  3. Day 14

    Did it help?

The nights before the change beside the 14 nights of it, side by side, so you can see whether it helped.

Small inputs, a clearer picture

Built around one minute of your evening and the way your family actually talks.

  • Bangla, English, or both

Speak however you naturally would, mixed languages included. We're built for families like that from day one.

  • The whole family, on the same page

Everyone who helps raise your child can add their own notes, so no one has only half the picture.

We notice what's going well too

Every weekly report names the good things you noted, each with its day: a kind act, a good moment, homework started calmly. Their strengths belong in the picture as much as the hard parts.

  • Good things noted, each with its day
  • Only what you confirmed, never made up
  • Small, real progress you can look back on
